What a fab way to spend my Friday delivering a yearly BLS/AED and choking refresher training session. As always a great session with the incredible staff from B Independent Support. Incredible energy and effort from everyone who attended today's session. Check out the amazing feedback from the session. A fantastic day spent delivering 'taster sessions' to 7 parents of babies and children ranging from 8 weeks old to 14 months in collaboration with the incredible Rise and Shine Play Café. There was no charge for these sessions apart from the admission charge for the venue, for me its about giving something back to my local community and getting my business out there. Feedback was incredible.

I highly recommend this amazing location, small and intimate, lovely and clean, welcoming and the coffee/food was amazing. Check-it out a short drive from Colchester approx 20 mins, plenty of parking.

💛 A LITTLE HELP CAN GO A LONG WAY 💛

I know that there are people out there who are struggling right now.
Having a baby is supposed to be one of the most exciting times in your life, but I also understand that for some families, the financial pressure can make those first few weeks and months incredibly difficult. So I want to do something to hopefully help a few - because kindness costs nothing.

👶 Do you know someone who is expecting a baby or has recently had a baby and might be struggling financially?

I currently have 5 copies of my parenting eBooks that I would like to give away completely FREE to people who I feel may benefit from them.

Found it..... simply put the full title into amazon kindle store and up my amazing book comes and if you have a kindle membership you can get it for free. All I ask is please leave me a review. Whats the point having an amazing book if no-one knows about it!?! Come on peeps help me out here buy it, share it - it would make a great gift for a friend.
