Take some time out from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself the gift of deep rest and relaxation.

Join us for a soothing group soundbath, where you’ll be immersed in the beautiful sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, koshi chimes and other gentle instruments.

Allow the sounds to wash over you, helping to calm your mind, release tension and bring your body and nervous system into a state of deep relaxation. It’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and enjoy a little space just for you. 💫

No experience is needed — simply lie back, get comfortable and let the sounds guide you into a peaceful, restorative state.

We are going to be holding our last summer Garden Soundbath combined with Reiki and some pampering including Mini Facials with skincare advice on Saturday 22nd August 10.30am-12.00pm in Weybridge, Oakdale Road.

will be doing Mini facials and Reiki during the Soundbath. There will also be a little Tropic goody bag (different products) for everyone to take home.
