Our homeland -Hong Kong. There stands a mountain known as Lion Rock, its lion’s head facing west.

Through the passage of time, Lion Rock has come to embody the spirit of the people of Hong Kong: resilience, mutual support, the courage to endure hardship together, and the determination never to give up.

From our homeland, we journeyed westward to the UK, setting sail in an era of turbulent winds and stormy seas aboard the distinctive Hong Kong junk, drifting toward the West.

On the far shore, there will always be a lighthouse to guard your heart and guide your way.

Like you and me, Lion Rock gazes each day upon the Pearl of the Orient—once radiant with brilliance, now shrouded beneath layers of darkness and evil.

We keep watch. We wait.

One day, the wind will rise again.
