🌿 Ear acupuncture… have you tried it?

At Wellness Empowered, I offer auricular acupuncture using the NADA protocol — a treatment involving very fine, sterile, single-use needles placed at five specific points on each ear.

Once the needles are in place, you have time to lie quietly, receive complimentary Reiki…..pause and enjoy some space for yourself. 🤍

Some people describe feeling calmer and more relaxed during their session. Like a wave of relaxation through their body, calming their nervous system.

Everyone’s experience is different, and I’ll always talk through what to expect.

🧡🙏🏻 FEELING GRATEFUL

On Saturday I worked at the Wigan Wellness Web Holistic Therapies Taster Day, with the therapists carrying out a total of 88 treatments across the day

I have been a part of the team of therapists now since 2022 and Saturday was the 21st, YES 21ST event since we started!! What an achievement that is, and the events are still as popular as ever with every one being fully booked 🙌🏻

The events give people within the local community to come along and try different treatments that they’ve maybe always wanted to try or to book 3 treatments to have tasters of different ones

These days wouldn’t be possible without the amazing organisational skills of my lovely friend Michelle of Michelle Ashcroft Holistics, she does a fantastic job every time
