❤️ Could you help save a life?

This Friday 16 October, Be Well Wigan is supporting Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK Restart a Heart Day with a series of FREE CPR and AED awareness sessions across Be Well Wigan leisure centres.

In just a short session, you'll learn the basics of CPR and how to use a defibrillator (AED), helping you gain the confidence to act in an emergency. These simple skills could make all the difference when every second counts.

📍 Session times: • Leigh Leisure Centre: 10:15am-11:15am
• Wigan Life Centre - Healthy Living Zone: 11:30am-12:30pm
• Howe Bridge Leisure Centre: 12pm-1pm
• Robin Park Leisure Centre: 12:30pm-1.30pm
