✨ Crystal Jewellery Parties ✨

💎 Parties for adults and children are now available!

I come to you and there's more to it than making bracelets. I show everyone how to choose their crystals, how to cleanse and charge them, and how to set an intention. Then each guest makes two bracelets to keep. They go home in an organza pouch with a Crystal intention card. All you need to provide is the food, cake and decorations. I bring the rest.

One of the lovely ladies I met at the Broadstone open day was Holly from The Foot Fairy 👣🧚‍♀️ and she was great fun. She has a lovely set up and she had me laughing with her cheekiness.

Holly offers professional foot health care, ear wax removal and cryopen skin lesion removal, with toenail reconstruction coming very soon.

She has also just launched a new wax melt business called Whiffs & Wings . They smell wonderful, and the names made me laugh out loud: Gym Membership Pending, Santa's Pi**ed Again and Dry January, My Arse. 🤣

She also has a gift set called A Box of Bad Decisions, which includes a wax burner, some candles and some of her wax melts. It's only £18, so it would make a perfect Christmas present for someone (or yourself!).

I was given these beautiful flowers by a fellow business owner at the weekend, and they have been brightening up my Reiki room ever since. 💐

It's such a good reminder that small gestures can really brighten up someone's day. A kind word, a bit of time, or a surprise bunch of flowers can stay with you long after the moment has passed.

Yesterday I went along to the open day at Broadstone Business Centre, and what a lovely place it is!

I popped in to drop off some of my Reiki leaflets and introduce myself, and I ended up chatting for hours to so many welcoming, passionate business owners. It's wonderful to see so many independent businesses under one roof, all doing something they care about.

The centre is run by the lovely Tracy, and she has done so much to get it to full capacity with such a lovely mix of businesses. Thank you, Tracy, and thank you to everyone who made me feel so welcome.

I'll be sharing a few of the lovely people I met over the next few days. 💛

Tomorrow marks the Autumn Equinox, when day and night sit in perfect balance before the darker months draw in ☀️🌚.

It always feels like nature's gentle nudge to pause and take stock - what are you ready to let go of, and what do you want to carry with you into the season ahead?

I've been thinking about balance in my own life too this week, not just in the seasons. A little more stillness, a little less doing. Sometimes you can't change the wind, only adjust your sails.

Still on a bit of a high after last night 🎉! Celebrating the 1st birthday of Wimborne Wellness Networking, hosted by the wonderful

There's a particular kind of magic in a room full of women who show up to genuinely champion each other - no competition, just connection. Conversations flowed, the food was delicious, the drinks went down a treat, and honestly the energy in that room was something else.

Then came the moment I wasn't expecting at all... I picked up the Inspiration award ✨🤩. I'm still a bit lost for words, but hugely grateful, thank you to everyone who voted for me.

Here's to another year of lifting each other up. If you're a woman in business around Wimborne and haven't been to one of these evenings yet, go. You won't regret it.💛
