At Simply Relaxing, we offer a wide range of holistic therapies to help you deal with today's busy l Bring your slippers and be ready to relax!

At Simply Relaxing, we offer a wide range of Holistic Therapies, from Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candles, therapeutic massage, Pregnancy Massage to Holistic Facials and Callous Heel Peel. We understand that ladies need longer opening hours to fit into their busy days, with parking just outside the salon, we hope that your treatment begins the moment you arrive. We also offer a wide range of gifts in our shop. Recently, we added Reflexology for Lymph Drainage which helps to boost the Lymph drainage system to clear excess fluid, reduce inflammation and boost your immune system. We have also introduced the Malay Naval Candling and Abdominal Detox massage which brings relief for IBS, Menstrual problems. Both treatments will deliver effective results to a great many people. In our shop, we stock our own products, designed and created in our workshop. We use organic essential oils in every soy candle, room spray, reed diffuser, massage, essential oil blend. Recently, we have added a collection of Gift Boxes and Gift Hampers to our Aromatherapy Gift Shop at the front of our premises. Each month we have Special Offers to tempt you to try something new as the world of holistic therapy is vast. Due to Covid, we ask you to wear your face mask into the shop area, we will contact you the day before your appointment to ask two covid questions. If this is your first treatment with me, you dont need to shave your legs or paint your toenails, I promise I'm not looking ☺️

You dont need to get dressed up. In fact, I love it when you come straight from work and leave in your pyjamas.

You dont have to talk during your treatment. Chatty? Quiet? Half asleep, all are welcome

I only expose the limb I'm working on, its very discreet. Worried about the massage pressure? please tell me if its too light or too hard.

Ticklish feet? Reflexology is not ticklish, I keep hold of your feet at all times x

Because at Simply Relaxing, you can come as you are, be just as you are

A litte reminder from me .....

If its been a busy week, please remember to give yourself a little time to to slow down.

Make a cuppa, put your phone away, take a few deep breaths and just be for a while.

You don't always need to do something to feel better, sometimes you just need to pause.

I hope you get time this weekend to breathe, unwind and, maybe go for a walk, anything that feels good for you. You deserve it x
