It’s World Mental Health Day 💚
At Go! Health Clubs Woking, how you feel matters just as much as how you move.
1 in 4 people in England will experience a mental health problem this year. Research also shows that regular movement is linked to a lower risk of depression, and the biggest difference comes from going from doing nothing to doing something.
That’s why our Member Health Questionnaire (MHQ) is part of every member’s journey with us. It checks in on 11 areas of wellbeing, from stress and sleep to confidence and social connection. We review it with you alongside your body scan and strength results, so your programme supports the whole you.
Among members who’ve completed a follow-up MHQ, 3 in 4 now say exercise is part of their normal routine, up from 4 in 10.
Today, check in on someone you care about, and on yourself.
If you’re struggling, you don’t have to cope alone. Talk to your GP, or call Samaritans free, day or night, on 116 123.
📍 Go! Health Clubs Woking, a different kind of health club. Pop in for a coffee and a chat in our Member Lounge.
