When you use active ingredients like Retinol, Retin-A, AHAs/BHAs (Glycolic, Salicylic, Lactic acids), or Vitamin C in your daily skincare routine, they speed up skin cell turnover. During a recent session, our reflexologist Steph picked up on tension and blockage around the sinus reflex points on a client's toes, moments before the client mentioned she was still recovering from a bout of tonsillitis.

We're not diagnosing anything, and reflexology is never a substitute for medical advice, but in reflexology theory specific points across the feet are believed to correspond to different areas and systems of the body. Moments like this are exactly why our clients find the treatment so fascinating.

Whatever's going on for you, it's one of the most deeply relaxing hours you can give yourself, a proper chance to switch off and let your whole body settle.
