I specialise in the management of Lymphoedema and Lipoedema from diagnosis to treatment planning, liaising with your GP with your consent.

MLDuk Registered - Clinical MLD, full wraparound Lymphoedema/Lipoedema Management, post surgery aftercare, compression garments assessment/ordering, Pneumatic Compression Pumps, Scar Massage and assessment-based Remedial Massage This includes Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Simple Lymphatic Drainage, skin care, compression garments (including measuring), bandaging, K-taping, LLLT (Low Level Light Therapy) and exercise prescription. I also specialise in MLD for pre and post cosmetic surgery and a range of other conditions including fibromyalgia. LLLT is also used to promote the reduction of inflammation and scar healing. I am a member of MLD UK so you can rest assured I have advanced qualifications and insurance. I am a fully qualified professional Remedial & Sports Therapist specialising in musculoskeletal, assessment-based Remedial Massage. I support a range of conditions and aches/pains including injury management - no matter how that injury was acquired. All clients can be assured of receiving respect, kindness and an ear to listen as part of the therapeutic physical journey to wellness. This is of the utmost importance to me.

I am fully insured, licensed with Worcestershire Council, First Aid and CPR and am exceptionally COVID safe. I am also on a register that has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. The Accredited Registers quality mark gives extra peace of mind for anyone looking for a complementary healthcare therapist, letting them know that anyone who holds the mark is committed to high standards.’ I am on the BLS and MLD UK register and a member of LSN. Exciting news! A new specialist lymphatic clinic will be launching in the Eden Valley to support Penrith, Cumbria and beyond. My new Clinic will be opening in the Penrith Parish Centre soon.

I am shortly relocating from Worcester to near Appleby and, as part of that, I have rebranded my business from Trayah Centre for Lymphatic Health to Eden Valley Health. To say I am excited to support you all is an understatement!

I will continue supporting clients as I always have - with empathy, compassion and research-based clinical care. These are the services I offer:

**Comprehensive lymphoedema and oedema (fluid build-up) assessments including complex lymphoedema (head and neck etc)

**Full wraparound management of primary and secondary lymphoedema
