Today was the final morning of our five week ‘Sacred Mama Circle’. Four amazing m**s and their beautiful babies meeting over the course of five weeks to share wins, highs, lows and everything in between. This has really been a very special and beautiful group of women, who have continually showed up for themselves, each other and their babies. ❤️

No expectation
No judgement or fear of ‘getting it wrong’

Just friendship, support, listening and understanding.. plus always a hot tea and some cake. ☕️

✨ THE SACRED WHEEL | OUR CIRCLE IS NOW COMPLETE ✨

Twelve women, eight sacred gatherings ~ one year of sisterhood, celebration and connection.

We will come together throughout the turning of the year, gathering at the sacred festivals to honour the seasons, celebrate the cycles of life, deepen their connection to themselves and one another and remember the power of women gathering in circle.

Together we will create our very own village, a space where we can be seen, heard and held.
Through the turning of the seasons, we will gather to celebrate, reflect, learn, release, grow and simply be. No expectations to be anything other than the women we are, arriving exactly as we are.

And now, before our first gathering has even begun, something is already happening. The energies are beginning to weave, 12 paths are beginning to intertwine, ready to form something that belongs uniquely to this circle.

Our journey begins at Samhain, on 30th October, as we step into the Celtic New Year and gather at the threshold between what has been and what is yet to come. 🕯️🔥

The circle is now closed and my heart is so full as I prepare to welcome these women into a year of sacred sisterhood.

To the twelve women who have said yes to this journey, thank you for trusting me to hold this space for you. I cannot wait to see what we magic will create together.

This is more than a women’s circle, this is our village and our sacred sanctuary.

I honestly can’t tell you enough how much I adore providing these ASMR rituals. So relaxing, soothing and peaceful, absolute food for the soul.. and that’s just me!! It’s tenfold for the lady on the bed. 💤

⚠️ 𝚆𝙰𝚁𝙽𝙸𝙽𝙶 !! I feel these rituals need to come with a disclaimer… this may be the most relaxed you’ve ever felt after giving yourself the gift of selfcare. ‼️
Clients are reporting feeling held, seen, cherished and witnessed during and immediately after the session, with feedback of sleeping deeply that night, with a continued blissful feeling of rested relaxation. These ASMR rituals truly do have such a settling and resetting of the overworked and worn out nervous systems.

A most Magickal session of sisterhood, witchyness and crafting… I think you’ll agree magic was made last night, how gorgeously exquisite are each of these brooms. Laughter, love and friendship was shared and all of that energy went into our brooms. We even named them.
~ Another special evening… my heart and soul are full.

Yesterday the babies were making friends and it was so beautiful to witness. In this terms sacred mamma circle we have two babies who are around 5 month and two who are around 12 weeks. It’s so lovely to see them watching and looking for each other, friendships being formed, both by babas and Mamas. It’s so important that women feel like they’re not alone on this very important journey of motherhood… and that is my ‘why’ for running and facilitating these sessions. This week we chatted about wins, and what they feel like they didn’t win. Each chose a heart card from the tree, of something they want to gain or achieve this week, they also chose an intention card to take home as a reminder from the universe. ✨
….and of course, Tea and a sweet treat.

Tired and frazzled on the way in… rested and supported on the way out.

Here is the latest release of the new ASMR therapies. They have been SO popular, there’s obviously a LOT of exhausted nervous systems out there.

This beautifully gorgeous session includes hot towel placement to the back and face. The luxuriously soothing ASMR to back, chest and scalp. (A speeded up version of the videos will give you an example…)
Each item is executed slowly, with mindful purpose and deep, deep rest the intention. Each session ends with a sweet treat and a little gift to take home as a reminder of your truly peaceful hour.
