THE BEAUTY OF SERVICE.❣️

Today, I had the honour of sharing a few precious hours with an inspiring group of ladies.

Being invited to hold space for these amazing Souls was both a profound privilege and a grounding reminder of what really matters.

There is a raw, quiet courage in a room of women navigating cancer together.
It isn’t about toxic positivity or escaping reality; it is about finding a moment of collective stillness to carry a heavy load together.

I was gifted a powerful reminder today that wellness isn't about escaping our realities, but about finding a safe place to rest within them.
True community doesn't cure our burdens, but it ensures we never have to carry them entirely alone.❤️

A VERY WELCOME SURPRISE.❣️

We here at Gongs by Julia H.Q 🤭were caught completely off guard by a wonderful and unexpected surprise review left on our Google Business page today.

Running a business takes a lot of behind-the-scenes work, and honestly, you don't always know if the effort is hitting the mark.

Receiving an unexpected compliment like this feels like a genuine gift.
It is a brilliant reminder of why we do what we do, and it has given us a massive lift.

A HUGE HEART FELT THANK YOU goes to everyone who takes a moment out of their day to support us—whether by leaving a review or just walking through the door at one of our events — thank you.

We truly appreciate you ALL. 🙏❤️

🍁Octobers Community Gong Bath with Gongs by Julia at Baslow Village Hall 🍂

DEEPER THAN DELTA.

16 voices of Bronze took us to a long forgotten place on Friday evening, a place so deep within ourselves, only the breath seemed to remain.

A journey beyond form, where nothing was needed, only the complete surrender of who we were in that moment.

The "letting go" so simple, remembered like an instinct. Suspended within vibration, unbound by the limits of the physical.

The complete immersion into a frequency of stillness, a soothing resonance so deep, the need to remain there was the only thing to do.

An Anchor Into Surrender.
(The tracker of truth, isolation, strategy, and deep contemplation.)❤️😲🙏

The Bronze spoke, the mind settled, and the body let go as it began to remember the feeling of stillness.

Breath upon breath we surrendered to the heavy, resonant tide, where the clocks stopped and the world gently fell away.

We sank into an abyss of absolute, rest—a stillness long forgotten, so profound it felt older and wiser than sleep itself!

THEN CAME THE QUIET 🤫 ……

Beautifully undone by the majesty of sound. Held in embers of release and rest.
Returning slowly back to our beginnings as the vale of the night arrived.

Vibrations faded into memory….

Spirits quietly anchored, safely held in the lingering warmth of a profound and sacred rest. And so ended our journey together for another year. 🙏❣️

Until the next time. Xx Gongs by Julia

WHAT AN INCREDIBLE EVENING.

With the help of some incredible gifted and talented friends and a
phenomenally supportive community, Gongs by Julia were finally able to create and offer the "Gong Puja of 2020" on the most perfect Saturday evening in April 2022!

This potentially transformative Gong experience had a 2 1/2 years "pause" but judging by the feedback, it was worth the wait.🙏❤️

Sound-and-Silence Resonant healing for mind and body THANK YOU for being there, you helped make it magical and we are forever grateful for your presence, support and love . 🥰

Speak Fairly. Listen Closely.🪐

COMMUNITY GONG BATH -
4th October. Darley Abbey.

There is a quiet gravity as we move further into autumn with nature and the planets taking on a slower pace.

As the earth cools and the canopy thins, the cosmic currents turn inward, pulling our attention away from the noise of the world and into the stillness of our own bones.

Seen through the lens of the Gong. We were to be held in a moment of collective grace.
A universal slowdown so we could reflect, release and recover.

“This is a time of sacred rewrite.”

Venus in Scorpio and Mercury in Libra share the sky for the next 40 days!!
Extreme emotional depth meets intellectual harmony. Together, they are asking YOU to find absolute truth in ALL relationships.❣️

Listen closely to what is rising from your inner depths, trust the medicine of your internal voice.
Have the courage to let the noise fall away and meet yourself in the person you truly are.❤️Gongs by Julia

A LIFE TIME AGO.😮

This was Wellfest East Midlands Derby Roundhouse Lykee Events - 2018! ❣️

SO MANY AMAZING MEMORIES.

Looking back at those moments, my heart is filled with profound gratitude for how far this journey has taken Gongs by Julia

Reflecting on the many years of training, knowledge and experience, with the deep connections made, and the spaces we have shared together, I am reminded of the steady path it took to get here.

Building this business has been a true testament to passion, belief, and the quiet resilience it takes to carry the medicine of the Gongs into the world.

I am incredibly proud of that dedication and deeply thankful to every single person who has trusted me, listened, and shared in this beautiful sonic space along the way.

Long may we continue to journey together.🙏❤️
