There are a few places left on Natural Academy's Brighton course, begin your journey into ecopsychology with Threshold.

Last weekend we camped on the dry Somerset earth and attended the Roots of the Heart gathering. Roots of the Heart is a Natural Academy community of practice gathering - a coming together to connect and share.

Sharing feelings, thoughts, practice, song, poetry, story and food. Connecting with each other, the land, the other than human and our natural selves.

In this time of dryness and drought it was deeply nourishing to be in community with others who feel both the grief and the love.

In these times of polycrisis we have such gratitude for these spaces.

In October we are facilitating another Natural Academy Threshold Course in ecopsychology in Brighton. We love sharing this introduction to nature based practice and being with a group to explore the three realms of practice over three days.

We are delighted that there is another Ecopsychology Threshold Course running in Brighton in October.

Participants on the last course in May said they appreciated "the pace of it, the holding of the group by the facilitators, the spaciousness to absorb."

"This has been such a brilliant introduction to ecopsychology. I'm really looking forward to starting this journey to becoming a practitioner".

We had a lovely afternoon at the Maybridge Keystone Centre garden yurt on Friday, taking time to connect to ourselves, each other and the beautiful garden we were in.

We noticed and sketched shadow and light dancing through the leaves and then made lavender bags to take home.

We have another session coming up in August, do let us know if you're interested.

With thanks to Breathing Spaces for letting us use the garden - such a beautiful community resource.

The beauty of the South Downs - sunrise to sunset. Just back from tutoring on this rich five day Deeper Expansive Nature module as part of Natural Academy's Advanced Pathway in Ecopsychology.

We had a beautiful afternoon in the woodland garden at the Maybridge Keystone Centre appreciating the early signs of spring, moving our bodies beneath the trees and making collage books of our experience.

We are delighted that we will be facilitating Natural Academy's three day Threshold Course in Brighton at the Centre for Ecotherapy in May and again in October this year. This is an excellent course for anyone interested in working with people in nature.
