THE SOUND OF MUSIC🎶🎶

This week at Hafod House we had the pleasure from Izzy from Wrexham Sounds 🥁🎹🎸

Izzy brought along all different type of instruments for our residents to try while she sang along with her guitar 🎸

From Elvis to Vera Lynn we had a most fantastic morning. As we all know music makes you feel so much better and singing along to all your favourite songs cheers you up no end❤️❤️❤️

So I would like to say a big thank you to Izzy for taking time out to come to our home. We are so looking forward to her next visit

This week at Hafod House we have been very busy.

Firstly we made personalised sweet cones that are going to be bingo prizes🍬🍭🍬 🍭🍬🍭🍬🍭
I must admit I think we might have eaten more than we put in the bags😂😂😂😂😂😂

Secondly we got the paints out and did some painting which everyone throughly enjoys🎨🫟🖌️🧑‍🎨👩‍🎨🎨🫟🖼️

We love doing activities that bring us all together especially as we have a good old chit chat with plenty of laughs ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Well we had a blast doing our sponsored walk . After a few hours of walking we made it to Llangollen. It was definitely worth the blisters and the laughs we had on the way was just what we all needed. I'd like to say a big thanks to everyone who joined in and good luck to the rest of the dedicated staff who are doing it next week. All I can say is don't forget your plasters ❤️❤️❤️
