🔥 GONGSPHERE TURNS 24 — THE BIG BASH! 🔥

Join us at Millers Yard as we celebrate 24 years of Gongsphere — an extraordinary journey through sound, healing, consciousness and the mystery of being.

More than a traditional sound bath, Gongsphere is an immersive exploration of sound and its remarkable ability to quieten the mind, release tension, restore balance and open us to deeper states of awareness.

Through a rich landscape of gongs, resonant instruments, rhythm and silence, Dylan George invites you to surrender into sound, discover the freedom of simply being and experience the deeper connections that hold us all together.

Celebrating 20 years ✨

Millers Yard turns 20 on 22nd September, and it feels quite something to be able to say that. ❤️

We began celebrating our birthday a little early. From February until June, we marked the occasion with our Acts of Kindness campaign.

More than 100 people joined us for free meditation, yoga, dance, mindful movement, Gongsphere sound baths and creative weekend workshops. It was a very happy time, and exactly what we hoped it would be.

In the middle of whatever might be happening in the world, we wanted to share a little piece of good news: during those months, there was a place people could come to learn, move, create and spend time together, without worrying about the cost.

It was our small contribution towards bringing a little more happiness into the world. We hoped that feeling settled, supported and connected might create ripples - giving us more of ourselves to share with others.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. 🤗

From our little corner of York, we’re sending love as we continue doing our own little acts of kindness every day, hoping they keep rippling outwards. ✨

People arrive at Millers Yard for therapy, classes, workshops, training and meetings. The cafe is where they wait, pause afterwards, catch up with someone, or sometimes come in simply for a drink and a chat.

Over the years, we’ve had many good conversations around these tables. And sometimes, a conversation is the whole reason for coming in.
