"After April"

I stepped back from social media early this year as an experiment and I've really rather enjoyed it. More time to do things and less falling down rabbit holes.....
I kept saying "after April" (marathon training took up a lot of my spare time and energy, along with family life and juggling two very different jobs).

It's now a long time since April and I still hate long-distance running 😆 . Although I have been very blessed with a steady stream of new clients these past few months as well as my lovely regulars, I know that as a small business owner I can't ignore social media.

So, this is just a friendly hello again and a reminder that the quickest way to book a reflexology appointment is through my online booking system (link below). If you would prefer a Home Visit please message me directly through my website.

I am registered with the Association of Reflexologists which enables you to claim back your reflexology costs through many private healthcare providers.
