We are back!
-After a wee break! Ryedale Physiotherapy is back😌!
-Who is Ryedale Physiotherapy and what is it's background?
-My name is Gavin and my journey started way back when I was young, but I will start from 2009📅.
-I joned the British Army in 2009 as a Royal Engineer Driver. I also became a physical training whilst serving and gained a running injury call Plantar Fasciitis as diagnosed by a physio.
-From their I started to study why, did I get it, how do I get it and how do I prevent it happening again📚.
-Fast forward a few years, I have gained📖, level 3 & 4 Sports Massage qualifications.
-Foundation Sports therapy degree.
-And then something I never ever thought was in reach, a physiotherapy degree in 2025📜.
-From 2009 until now, I have had so much experience it would take far to long to list and even I wouldn't read it 😅
-Ryedale Physiotherapy exists to provide honest, holistical, evidence-based care that helps you overcome physical challenges, restore your confidence in moveing and return to the activities that matter to you the most.
