Seeing this coat in a store window is how I met my best friend in Athens, , about ….. 7 years ago (where HAS the time gone ?! Ahh!)

TBT to my first national show ever. I was nervous, I was the scrawniest in my division of Fitness, and I have never preformed on stage before (except for my fist qualifying show).
Shoutout to my girl for doing her first prep and totally rocking it still over a week out!!!
Your hard work, dedication, and consistency have been a huge motivator for me and my goals ! ** both of us 100% natty competitors**
I was still so new in this picture, I just can’t wait to keep adding - as I have over the years and figure out what the EU stage is looking for. Time to take it to the INTERnational level!

TBT to my first fitness bodybuilding competition. There been a lot of ups and downs these past few years, but I resumed training and my meal plan next week. I’ve competed in and won my category every time and placed 2nd in overall bikini at the State championships. I’m excited to see what the European competing circuit will be like this fall!! If this was my very first starting point (did my own diet and trained by before joining team , I can’t wait to see what we will do this time !

When finally back home to Greece, Goddess Pose of course !! Excellent for stretching the feet and ankle strength and stability (TIP: try to get as high an arch as possible) balance, lower back, glues, and inner thighs. Oh, probably calves too ha.
Leg warmers are from Lululemon. They have their first batch in years !! get them while they’re hot !! (A good legwarmer is harder to find that you would think!!) ——————————————————————

Winter is Here!
So happy to be back. My personal studio opens next week- I’m so proud! I moved to Athens not knowing anyone, staying with my aunt in a tiny apartment (still so grateful for that though!) and built my business from the ground up. A few moves later , and then Covid taking me back to Texas to be with my parents through such turbulent times (again, lucky to have that time with my family though) I’m finally here- in my own space and studio, for good. I’m so grateful and feel so lucky!! Thank you for being my VERY VERY first client up on that rooftop haha and introducing me to other amazing people! Miss you being here !
I know the whole world was thrown a curve ball with Covid, but I’m so happy to be with my clients (and friends of course) again! I appreciate that we all stuck it out together !! Now it’s time to start healing physically , spiritually, and energetically through PT, Reiki, Pilates, yoga, physical therapy, and nutrition, and other holistic modalities! Vroom vroom- beep beep- LETS GO!!!!!!! —————————————————

Oh I’ve missed Paddling and doing + teaching Pilates and Yoga on my board! I will always love my first board, but now that I have an partner of my own and studio in Athens….. got a new, lighter one waiting for me! A few more weeks, woohoo!!!! It’s been incredible taking a movement system that I have taught for over 13 years and completely relearned it on a floating, unstable surface. SO FUN! And SO fun to teach!! Can’t wait to see all my land and sea clients soon!! Xoxoxox!!!!!!!
PS wearing Hitoe shoes as water shoes to get a grip when I SUP. They weren’t designed with that in mind, but they work perfectly for stability and some traction !!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
