Today, as Chief Medical Officer, I am filled with pride and gratitude as we celebrate the 7th anniversary of Sheriff Medical Center, located at Lot 12 & 13 Sheriff Street, Subryanville, Georgetown, Guyana.

Shortly after we opened our doors and established Sheriff Ambulance Services, COVID-19 reached Guyana. At a time of fear and uncertainty, our team stood together, answering calls for help, caring for families, and doing everything within our power to save lives.

To our staff: congratulations on this special milestone. Your love, compassion, hard work, and dedication have carried our vision forward. Behind every patient cared for is a team whose efforts deserve recognition. We are deeply proud of you.

Our journey continues through Sheriff General Hospital on Leonora Public Road and, very soon, our Specialty Hospital in Providence. With every step, our commitment remains the same: to help build a better, more modern healthcare system in Guyana, with compassionate care at its heart.

To our patients and the communities we serve, thank you for trusting us. Here’s to many more years of growth, service, and lives touched.
