Can I tell you what I think happens to so many brilliant women when they start building a business?
They become… nicer. 😂
More polished.
More careful.
More “professional.”
They look around at what everyone else is saying and slowly start sanding down all the interesting edges of themselves.
That opinion? Maybe don’t say that.
That idea that goes against what everyone in your industry teaches? Better keep that one to yourself.
That weird little thing you do differently? Surely nobody will get it.
So you create the post.
You write the website.
You build the offer.
And technically, everything is “right.”
But there’s no YOU in it.
And I think that’s why owning your voice can feel so uncomfortable.
Because you’re not just finding better words.
You’re deciding:
This is what I believe.
This is how I do things.
This is who I’m here for.
And I’m okay if that means I’m not for everyone.
But imagine the freedom in it.
No more trying to sound like a coach.
No more checking what everyone else is doing before deciding what you think.
No more watering down the thing you really want to say because someone might disagree.
Just you, becoming more and more recognisable as YOU.
And perhaps that’s when you stop building another online business…
…and start building something people want to belong to.
So I’m curious:
If you knew nobody was going to judge you, what would you start saying differently?
the right woman to know what is actually possible for her.
