There’s a particular energy before a new group begins.

Names that will soon become familiar.

People arriving from different places, backgrounds and experiences.

Some excited.
Some nervous.
Some already working with people.

Others simply following a feeling that told them to explore breathwork more deeply.

Soon, they’ll begin learning together.

But also breathing together.

Practising together.
Getting things wrong together.
Asking questions.
Finding confidence.
And gradually discovering their own way of holding space.

We’re preparing for the next Breathwork Facilitator Training now, and this part always reminds us that every cohort begins as a group of individuals who don’t yet know what the next six months will bring.

Soon, a new journey begins.

We can’t wait to welcome them.

There comes a point when gathering more information stops creating more clarity.

You’ve read about the training.
You’ve watched the stories.
You’ve seen what six months involves.
Maybe you’ve imagined yourself in the room.

And perhaps there’s still a part of you asking:
Am I ready?

You may never get the kind of certainty that removes every question.

Sometimes a decision simply becomes:
Do I want to explore where this could take me?

Applications for our next 6-month Breathwork Facilitator Training close tonight.

The journey begins 2 October 2026.

If you already know you want to be considered for this cohort, today is the day to send your application.

Sometimes hesitation doesn’t mean the answer is no.
It means there’s still a question that hasn’t been answered properly.

And when it comes to a six-month training, we think those questions deserve more than a sales answer.

Maybe you’re wondering whether you have enough experience.

Whether you’ll actually feel capable of facilitating at the end.
Whether the online format can create real connection.
Whether you can integrate breathwork into what you already do.
Whether you can realistically make the time.

Or perhaps the question is harder to put into words:
“Is this actually right for me?”

We don’t think everyone who is interested in breathwork should automatically become a facilitator.

And we don’t expect a carousel to make an important decision for you.

What it can do is give you clearer information.

So we’ve answered some of the questions that tend to come up when people are seriously considering the training.

Read through them.
Notice which question matters most to you.

And if you reach the final slide and yours still isn’t answered, that’s what the Clarity Call is for.

Bring us the real question.
Not the one you think you’re supposed to ask.

We’d rather have an honest conversation about whether the training fits than convince you to join something that doesn’t.

There’s a version of becoming a breathwork facilitator that looks very simple from the outside:

Learn the breathing technique.
Learn what to say.
Create a playlist.
Get certified.
Start facilitating.

But working with real people quickly makes the gaps in that picture visible.

Because people don’t arrive like case studies in a training manual.

They arrive with different bodies, histories, boundaries, nervous systems, and ways of responding.

One person may need encouragement to stay with an experience.
Another may need permission to stop.

Someone may have a profound session without saying a word.
Someone else may experience very little and wonder whether they’ve “done it wrong.”
And sometimes the session you carefully prepared simply isn’t what the person in front of you needs that day.

This is why we believe learning to facilitate has to go deeper than memorising what happens next.

You’re developing judgement.
Self-awareness.

The ability to observe without immediately intervening.
The humility to know that you don’t always have the answer.
And the capacity to remain present when another person’s experience doesn’t look the way you expected.

Those qualities aren’t as easy to put on a certificate.

But they matter enormously in the room.

Save this one if you’re exploring facilitator training.

And if the kind of training you’re looking for goes beyond simply learning techniques, explore our Breathwork Facilitator Training or book a Clarity Call.

There’s a reason becoming a facilitator can’t be reduced to learning a sequence and receiving a certificate.

Because at some point, you have to move from:
“I understand this.”

to:
“I can hold this.”

And that transition takes experience.

In the beginning, you may still be thinking about every instruction.

What do I say next?
Am I doing this correctly?
What if something unexpected happens?

Then you practise.

You experience the work yourself.
You facilitate.
You receive feedback.
You notice what happens when things don’t go according to plan.
And you do it again.

Gradually, you spend less energy trying to remember every step and develop more capacity to actually notice the person in front of you.

That’s one of the gifts of learning over six months.

There is room for the information to settle before another layer is added.

Room for questions to emerge from actual experience.
Room for confidence to grow from evidence rather than reassurance.
And room to discover that becoming a facilitator isn’t about reaching a point where nothing makes you nervous anymore.

It’s about developing enough grounding, awareness and experience to stay present even when you don’t know exactly what will happen next.

Experience how that journey unfolds across the six months.

If you’re looking for more than a quick certification and want time to actually develop your practice, explore our Breathwork Facilitator Training or book a Clarity Call with us.

You’ve spent years developing the way you work with people.

You’ve studied.
Built experience.
Found approaches you trust.
Developed relationships with clients.

So becoming curious about breathwork can bring up an understandable question:
“Does this mean I need to change what I already do?”

Not necessarily.

For many practitioners, the value of learning another modality isn’t about starting over.

It’s about having more possibilities available when the work calls for something different.

There may be moments when conversation creates an important insight, but the client still feels stuck.

Moments when someone understands their pattern intellectually, yet their body seems to be telling another story.

Or moments when slowing down and experiencing what is present becomes more useful than trying to find another explanation.

This is where breathwork can become complementary rather than competitive.

And your existing experience matters.

The way a yoga teacher integrates breathwork may look completely different from the way a coach, bodyworker or energy practitioner uses it.

That difference is valuable.

We’re not interested in training people to leave their professional identity behind and become identical versions of a “breathwork facilitator.”

We want strong foundations to become something you can integrate thoughtfully into your own way of supporting people.

Your previous training isn’t something to undo.

It may be exactly what shapes the facilitator you become.

If you already work with people and you’re curious about where breathwork could fit, explore our Facilitator Training or book a Clarity Call with us.

There’s a big difference between understanding breathwork and feeling ready to sit in front of another person and facilitate it.

You can read about the nervous system.
You can learn breathing techniques.
You can watch experienced facilitators work.

But eventually, there’s a moment when the learning has to become lived experience.

Someone is breathing in front of you.

You’re the person holding the space.

And suddenly the question isn’t:
“Do I know enough?”

It becomes:
“Can I actually use what I’ve learned here?”

That’s why we believe facilitator training needs time.

Time for something that initially feels unfamiliar to become more natural.
Time to practise before confidence arrives.
Time to make mistakes in a learning environment.
Time to receive feedback and try again.
Time to experience the work yourself, so you’re not guiding someone into territory you’ve only understood intellectually.

And time to discover what kind of facilitator you actually want to be.

Six months isn’t about reaching some imaginary point where you know everything.

A responsible practitioner will always remain a student.

It’s about leaving with stronger foundations, real practice behind you and a clearer sense of how you want to work with the breath.

Save it if facilitator training has been on your mind.

And if you want to explore whether this training is the right next step for you, apply or book a Clarity Call with us.

Knowing how to guide a breathing technique and knowing how to facilitate a human being are two very different things.

A technique can be learned.

But facilitation asks something more of us.

Because real sessions don’t always follow the plan.

Someone may become emotional.
Someone may need to slow down when you expected them to go deeper.
Someone may need reassurance, choice or simply more space.

A carefully prepared journey may need to change because the person in front of you needs something different.

That’s where the deeper work of becoming a facilitator begins.

You learn to move from:

“Am I doing this correctly?”

toward:

“What is happening here, and how can I meet this moment responsibly?”

That shift takes time.

It comes from understanding the work, experiencing it in your own body, practising with real people, receiving feedback and gradually learning to trust yourself without assuming you always know what another person needs.

That’s why our Breathwork Facilitator Training goes beyond teaching a sequence of breaths.

We’re interested in developing facilitators who can think, feel, observe, respond, and hold space with care.

Here are some of the tools we believe belong in every facilitator’s toolkit.

Save it if you’re already facilitating, or if you’re considering stepping into this work.

And if you want to build these foundations through training, explore our Breathwork Facilitator Training or book a Clarity Call with us.
