Welcome to the community, STOTT PILATES® Academy @ Physico in London, United Kingdom 🇬🇧

Physico is a physiotherapy, Osteopathy and rehabilitation practice with two London clinics: inside the Andaz Hotel at Liverpool Street, and on Beckenham Lane in Shortlands, Bromley.

Physico is now celebrating a new milestone with the launch of its new education arm, Physico Institute, bringing STOTT PILATES education into a working clinical environment where movement, rehabilitation, and instructor training come together.

As a STOTT PILATES Academy Partner, the Institute will deliver instructor certification courses, including Intensive Reformer and Intensive Mat-Plus™, along with continuing education workshops and clinical talks for physiotherapists and allied health professionals.

Celebrate the strength, fluidity, and beauty of spinal movement.

In this Movement Monday episode, STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer Claire Kim moves through Swimming, Swan Dive, and Grasshopper, allowing one exercise to flow into the next while exploring strength, control, and length through extension. Then finish with a Shell Stretch, taking the spine into flexion to create a satisfying counterbalance to the extension work.

Bringing together a passion for movement, dance, and Pilates, Ballet Memphis Pilates has been training instructors in the STOTT PILATES method for more than 15 years. With three Instructor Trainers across two locations, the team offers education and mentorship from foundational training through certification and beyond.

We're proud to introduce the education team at Ballet Memphis Pilates - Pam VanGilder, Jessie Tretter, and Jessica Heinz. With distinguished careers in dance and movement education, these three Instructor Trainers bring a wealth of experience and a shared passion for helping others discover the benefits of movement.
