The contradictions that women are forced to live under are banana f**king pancakes.
Be confident, not thirsty. S*xy, but not turned on. A go-getter who’s not a bitch. Gracious without being needy.
And nobody handed you this list. And yet here it is, somehow seeped into your bones, your subconscious, and the way you see yourself in the world. Because you just accepted that this particular brand of impossible is just the way of the world for women.
I have been a Licensed S*x Therapist for fifteen years, and I have yet to meet a single high-functioning, high-feeling woman who does not feel like garbage about herself on some level, no matter what she has built, no matter what she has survived, no matter how many times she has done the work.
And to add insult to injury, the moment that she actually starts to feel herself, raises her expectations, or loses the shake in her voice, she opens herself up to a world of accusations. That she is too loud, too ambitious, too relentless, too emotional, too delusional, too difficult. Too much.
And I want to be really clear about something. Every single time someone has called you too much, they have not been telling you something about who you are. They have been showing you their limitations, and handing you a map to your greatest asset.
Yes, I Am Too Much™ is not just the name of my revolution. It is the moment you look at every accusation that has ever been lobbed at you and realize it is proof of exactly how extraordinary you are.
I help women love everything about them that is too much. And what I know after fifteen years is that when a woman finally gives herself permission to be exactly that, everything changes. Her relationships change. Her bedroom changes. Her bank account changes. The way she walks into a room changes.
If you want to know what I have coming and how to get into a room with me, come find me. Slide into my DM and introduce yourself.
