New Immersion Schedule for Shine Vinyasa Yoga School’s upcoming 200hour Yoga Teacher Training!!!!

Have you ever thought about teaching yoga—but wondered if you were "ready" or if teacher training would feel overwhelming or out of touch? Are you worried your practice isn't advanced enough to be a teacher? Or are you curious about a YTT but don't know if you actually want to teach yoga?

Shine Vinyasa Yoga School's 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to be different.

This in-person program is accessible, practical, current, and, dare I say, FUN. Whether your goal is to teach or simply deepen your personal practice, you'll gain the confidence, knowledge, and experience to make yoga a more meaningful part of your life.

Accessible: You don't need to be able to do advanced poses. Come as you are, and we'll build from there.
Practical: Learn how to confidently sequence classes, cue students effectively, and adapt yoga for real people with real bodies.
Current: We blend traditional yogic wisdom with modern movement science, anatomy, and inclusive teaching practices.
Fun: Expect laughter, connection, hands-on learning, and a supportive community that will cheer you on every step of the way.
This training isn't about becoming the "perfect" yogi. It's about discovering your authentic voice, growing your confidence, and learning how to share yoga in a way that feels genuine and impactful while surrounded by other awesome yogis on their own unique path of discovery.
