Heading to EP? 😎🎸

Check out our festival essentials from our recommended health heroes to beauty must haves, we have you covered for the best weekend! ⭐️🙌

2. Hydration is key 💦

Festivals can be tough going! You’re on your feet all day, combine that with alcohol and less water than usual can soon lead to dehydration. 🥵

Electrolytes are essential minerals such as sodium, potassium and calcium which help your body retain fluid, maintain energy levels

We suggest sipping water consistently throughout the day where possible rather than all at once and to choose water over sugary drinks

3. Skin prep🧖‍♀️
Sticking with hydration 💦 For a dewy festival glow prep your skin pre festival with a nourishing sheet mask

Sculpted by Aimee Hydrating Sheet Masks give a deep boost to the skin with its combination of Hyaluronic acid, glycerine and collagen

4. Blister plasters 🦶

Nothing can ruin your experience more than a painful blister on your foot. Wellies in particular can often be the culprit of a nasty blister

Compeed blister plasters give instant relief and help the healing process

5. Sun protection.. Sun protection ☀️

A festival day guarantees 8 to 12 hours of continuous UV exposure
Be sure to prioritise a high factor SPF in your bag

We recommend La Roche-Posay International Anthelios for all over body protection and Sculpted Sun mist for top ups during the day

6. Pain Relief 😮‍💨

Long hours of moving, dancing etc at a festival can take its toll 🚶

We recommend packing a pack of Ibuprofen or paracetamol or ibuprofen is not suitable for you to cover:

- headaches
- joint pain
- period pain
- back pain

7. Festival glam 💋

Bperfect half lashes now half price!

8. Hangover Defence 🚫🍻

The last thing you want is to overdo it the first nite
Tipple is enriched with vitamins, minerals and probiotics to help support your body’s defence against toxins in alcohol

9. Waterwipes

Not the most glamorous but wipes are an all rounder for festivals

Makeup remover, quick freshen up, spill inside the tent?

10. Mini toiletries

The usual travel essentials. Toothpaste,
