What a special evening welcoming to for our first Dublin event celebrating her two new books, Raising Conscious Sons and Raising Conscious Daughters.

So much wisdom about what our children need from us now: our connection, our presence and space to be themselves. Parenting is messy, hard work. In this digital age, our children need us more than ever. To be there, to listen, to play and to let them be children. To loosen our need for control while offering loving boundaries as they grow.

readings of “If I Ever Have Girls” and “If I Ever Have Boys” were such a beautiful fit for the evening.

Bringing people together for conversations like these is at the heart of the Kyne Foundation. Creating spaces for kindness, connection and learning from one another.

Join Dr. Shefali. Conscious Parenting & Living in Dublin for a special evening celebrating her new books, “Raising Conscious Daughters” and “Raising Conscious Sons.”

Known as Oprah’s number one parenting expert, Dr. Shefali invites us to think about the future we want for young people and the part we play in shaping it. It begins with how we show up for ourselves and for them.

Hosted by Jacqueline Kyne and the Kyne Foundation, this is an evening for parents, teachers and anyone caring for young people.

So grateful to see in Dublin on Monday for an evening centred on intuition, purpose, gratitude and intention. What guided Oprah all of these years was her connection to her inner voice as she calls listening to god.

There was so much that stayed with me. The importance of having quiet and stillness to listen to our intuition (that still small voice) and the power of gratitude and intention.

Deeply grateful to for introducing me to the work of 12 years on her show and for folllowing my own inner voice and reaching out to .

A beautiful full circle seeing in Dublin and welcoming my dear friend and mentor to Dublin just one short month later.

Her work has had a profound influence on how I think about parenting and connection.
I’m so excited that we’ll soon have the opportunity to continue that
conversation here in Dublin.

So grateful for the life we’ve built here, the friendships I’ve made along the way, and my incredible Irish family, who I feel so lucky to have.

Attending to celebrate International Women’s Day was a beautiful reminder of what becomes possible when we honour the quiet pull of the heart.

Over the past few days, I experienced conversations, new connections, and moments of deep resonance and magic. There was so much intention, beauty, and care woven through the experience, and I came away feeling deeply grateful for all that was exchanged. Such beautiful wisdom shared by and a gorgeous soundbath with . Ashley of is such a beautiful soul and created an unbelievable experience.

Some journeys are not led by logic, but by an inner knowing. This was one of them. We have a deep inner wisdom always guiding us and it’s only when we slow down can we hear.

So grateful I listened. Philly gave me so much - I’m still taking it all in. 💓💓💓
