Saying you'll wait for the new year!?
Don't you know tomorrow never comes. Monday turns to next week, next week to next month, next month to next year and before you know it we're 12 months months down the line and you are still, feeling the same, looking the same and dealing with the same problems.

Bring a Friend Friday is coming back!
For September and October.
Book into a Friday session and tell your coach ahead of time that a friend will be joining you so we can secure their space.
One pass per friend but knowing our community, we've loads of friends!
