Bowen Therapy Mayo

We received this lovely message today from a client who received an Indian head, upper back, neck and face massage last week:
'I've been for many, many massages, but this one was the one that transported me to the most beautiful place. My body completely and utterly relaxed, for the first time in many years. Thank you, Kate'
Feedback like this just makes our day 😍 We adore the work we do and we hope this comes out in our work with each and every one of our lovely clients.

Did you know that in our clinic, we look at leg length discrepancy - and usually fix it! We assess leg length at the beginning of each session, then we work on the body to establish what tight muscles (or muscle spasms) are causing the problem. When we find it, it's BINGO! We can usually correct the imbalance in one to three sessions - which allows the body to sit in symmetry, which is always good news for the human body.
To book an appointment with us, please call or text us on 089 215 7961. Our clinic is 8, Mountain View, Castlebar.

Modern life teaches us that more is better.

More pressure.

More effort.

More intervention.

But biological systems don't always work that way.

Sometimes a small signal is enough.

Sometimes a pause matters.

Sometimes less input can create more opportunity for response.

That's one of the ideas at the heart of Bowen Therapy.
