We’re so excited to invite you to a special collaboration on Saturday 5th of September | 9:30–11:30am at Sauna Castlerea with Olga from Revive Yoga.

Imagine stepping into a peaceful morning where you can slow down, breathe deeply and completely reset…

☀️ Begin with 45 minutes of gentle Vinyasa yoga surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings, guided by Olga — a teacher with experience across Ireland and Australia. Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning to your practice, or already love it, this session is designed for everyone.

Move with intention through mindful breathwork, gentle flow and deep relaxation.
