🌺 Updated Treatment Menu 🌺

I’m delighted to be expanding my treatment offerings to include specialised Reflexology support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, alongside Reiki energy healing. These treatments are designed to offer gentle, holistic support during times of change, helping to encourage relaxation, restore balance, and support overall wellbeing.

As part of this update, there will be a slight increase to some treatment prices to bring them more in line with current industry standards, while continuing to provide the high standard of personalised care and treatment you value.

I’m incredibly grateful for your continued trust and support. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your wellbeing journey.

✨ A New Chapter ✨

When I first opened my doors in September 2023, I offered reflexology for all, specialising in fertility, antenatal, baby and child reflexology, alongside Indian Head Massage and Ear Candling. Treatments I’m still incredibly passionate about today 💜

As time has passed, my journey has evolved and so has my business. I’ve continued to deepen my knowledge and expand my offerings so I can support my clients’ wellbeing in a more holistic way.
I’m now proud to also offer Aromatherapy, Reiki, and Reflexology for menopause and for those living with special or additional needs.

This growth felt like the perfect time for my logo to grow too 🫶🏻

The new design reflects a fuller picture of what I now provide, holistic support for mind, body and spirit, and a space for growth, strength, healing, and connection.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me from the very beginning, and to those who continue to trust me with your wellness journey. I’m so grateful to do this work 👣🪷💜

Here’s to growth, healing and new beginnings.
