Can we give a huge shout out to Nikki who received her 3 stone award today! 1 year ago she decided it was time to take control again! She got herself to class and started putting her trust back in the plan she knew worked!

Today she is feeling so much better in herself.

Well done Nikki x

So after an exciting and busy day yesterday reaching goal 🥰 and a round trip to Belfast with a very LOUD trip home 🎧🎧🎧 i woke this morning needing a treat!

Took myself off to and had the most amazing wash and blow dry - these guys are fab! A relaxing head massge during the wash and the smell of their products is so refreshing! Then to the seat for my blow dry!

No waiting - just pure bliss! If you're looking for an uplifting treat make sure to book in!

Now off to decide what to do for day!
