We are DELIGHTED to now offer a vaccination service in Wilson’s pharmacy West Beach & Ticknock Pharmacy

Vaccines can help to protect yourself and loved ones by reducing the risk of getting seriously ill & helping to keep you well through the Winter season.

Our pharmacy team is here to answer any questions you may have and help you find out which vaccines are suitable for you. We currently have stock of influenza vaccinations for 2-17 years and over 65 years!

We now have Uddermint in stock 🟢

Uddermint is traditionally used for udder care in cattle however humans can benefit too

The cream is a 35% Japanese peppermint oil formulation which stimulates circulation & can provide cooling relief for muscles and joint pain.

Just be sure to wash your hands well after use!

Shingles can have a significant impact on your health and wellbeing.

That’s why we’re pleased to offer both shingles assessment and treatment (where appropriate) and shingles vaccination at Wilson’s Pharmacy.

We have two approaches to treating Shingles:

💙 Common Conditions Service If you think you may have shingles, you can now avail of a consultation with one of our pharmacists and where appropriate, the pharmacist can write a prescription for you to treat the shingles

💉 The second approach is to take preventative measures using the Shingrix® vaccine.  
The Shingrix® vaccine is a highly effective way to reduce your risk of developing shingles and recent studies show that the Shingrix vaccine can reduce the likelihood of developing dementia
