Caring for Carers 🪽💙

Join our shared path carers circle
on Sun 8th Nov @ 8pm

A warm and welcoming online group where we share a
combination of relaxation and guidance to come back
to ourselves.

If you have ever felt drawn or connected to angelic energy, this session will give you a gentle introduction, whilst taking time for yourself with like minded souls.

Distance energy sessions:

These sessions are a gentle and deeply relaxing way to receive healing and balance from the comfort of home.

For those times when you feel “I need to do something” then life takes over again.

Before each session, I will let you know when I start, you can receive your own Spotify playlist which I will provide if you wish to ease down with some calming music.

Once the session is done, I will send a notification. You continue to be in your space, with nothing else needed.

Thursdays are one of my favourite mornings, offering reflexology, reiki and aromatherapy in a day care centre with the most lovely clients.
It’s the whole thing. The welcome, the chats, the laughs, the atmosphere- that soft, gentle pace that reminds me how special it is to be able to do this work.

It’s also the importance of connection, the positive touch that people receive for their wellness and to feel like this moment is just for them.
