💜 I’VE SEEN MIRACLES WALK THROUGH MY DOOR AT NERVANA.

I’ve seen women who thought they would never have children go on to become mothers, while working with their medical teams, listening to their bodies, addressing their trauma and making changes.

Women begin to feel more like themselves again while navigating menopause.

I’ve seen people work through years of emotional trauma, rebuild relationships and find themselves again.

But do you know the ONE thing they all had in common?

And here’s what I really want people to understand about kinesiology.

I’m not just giving you a relaxing healing and sending you on your way.

I work across FOUR areas of the body.

I’m looking at the bigger picture. Using muscle testing, I’m exploring what your body may need support with, whether that’s nutrition, emotional stress, structural imbalances or your nervous system.

Think of it as giving your body an NCT. 🚗

Looking at the areas that may need attention instead of focusing on just one symptom.

But here’s the thing…

I can do the work with you, but I can’t do the work FOR you.

You can keep complaining about how you’re feeling, or you can decide it’s time to take action.

And sometimes that action starts with simply listening to your body.

You don’t have to change everything overnight.

But you do have to start somewhere.

One of the biggest mistakes I see clients making… 💜

Coming back for another treatment but not making the changes we discussed after the last one.

I can spend 60 or 90 minutes working with you, looking at your structural, emotional, biochemical and energetic wellbeing.

But what happens when you leave NERVANA matters just as much.

Are you listening to your body?

Are you following the recommendations?

Are you giving yourself time to adjust?

Or are you going straight back to the same habits and expecting a different result?

I can support you, guide you and work with you. But I can’t do your part for you.

Looking at her now, knowing what lay ahead of her. ❤️

Knowing that very soon she would lose her dad, face so much more loss and heartbreak, and go down paths that would take her so far away from herself.

She had no idea of the battles ahead, the mistakes she would make, the people who would hurt her or the times she would feel completely lost.

But what she didn’t know was that even the wrong paths would eventually lead her home.

Every heartbreak, every wrong turn and every battle would become part of her story.

And looking at her now, I know the woman she would become.

A woman who would find her strength, rediscover her faith, turn her pain into purpose and finally find her way back to herself.

If I could sit with that little girl today, I’d tell her…

You’re going to lose your way for a while, sweetheart, but you’re not going to lose yourself forever. One day, everything you’ve been through will lead you to the life you have today.

And I wouldn’t change the woman she became. ❤️

Sometimes the longest journey we ever take is the journey back to ourselves.

Healing my inner child, one memory at a time. ❤️
