It’s the little things that make you realise just how far you’ve come 💚

Ciara joined us on the 14th of August, and her second scan today was absolutely incredible 🙌

✨ 6.1kg down
✨ 85.5cm gone
✨ 5.2% body fat down
✨ 2.5 visceral fat down
But as always, it’s the non-scale victories that mean the most.
Ciara is mum to little Theo, who’s just 6 months old, and she told us that she used to have to turn sideways to squeeze between his cot and the bed… and now she can just walk straight through! 🥹

Jeans needing a belt because they’re getting too loose, clothes fitting differently, feeling better in herself — all those little everyday reminders that she’s moving in the right direction. 💚

OH MY GOODNESS… LOOK AT MARTINA! 🤩
Martina joined us on the 14th of July and today she is 6.3kg down — just 100g off a stone! 🙌
Amazing? Absolutely. But for me, the photos tell the real story.
A whopping 60cm gone, including 11cm from her waist and 15cm from her stomach. 🔥
Body fat down 1.2%, visceral fat down, and 3 metabolic years younger too!
But my favourite part of her scan today was hearing Martina say how AMAZING she feels. ❤️
She told me joining Nutrition Club was one of the best decisions she’s ever made. She absolutely loves coming to Club and would recommend it to anyone thinking about getting started.
And THAT is what it’s all about. 🥰
Yes, we celebrate the scales… but feeling better, seeing the change in your clothes and looking at photos like these is priceless.

21+ years in and I still come home from weekends like this with my head full of ideas and my batteries completely recharged ❤️

I’ve had the privilege of presenting many times over the years and I never take for granted being asked to share from my experience.

But I have to say, I absolutely LOVED this one.

Getting to prepare and deliver our section alongside Davey & Emma made it extra special. We had so much fun putting it together, plenty of laughs along the way 😂 and I loved that we could each bring our own experience to the stage.

That’s what these weekends are all about for me.

Learning. Growing. Sharing ideas. Investing in ourselves and our businesses. Stepping away from the day-to-day for a couple of days and coming home refocused, reset and ready to go again.

And getting to do it alongside my team, friends, colleagues and Mum & Dad makes it even better ❤️

Of course, there also has to be a little fun along the way… 🪩😂

Work hard. Learn lots. Dance harder.

🔥 OVER 17KG DOWN… AND KEEPING IT OFF! 🔥
Leah is officially ONE YEAR in Club and what a difference! 😍

She hit her 3 stone down back in February and has maintained brilliantly ever since, while her stats just keep getting better and better. 👏
And she’s done it alongside her mum, Veronica ❤️ There’s definitely something special about doing the plan together, that extra support and accountability at home makes such a difference.
A whole year of consistency, and the results speak for themselves. 🙌
