Hey everyone, we have some bittersweet news to share. After an incredible two years, Coastal roast Sauna will be closing its doors on the 17th of May. We are beyond grateful for everybody that’s visited us.

If you have any vouchers, please make sure to use them within the next three weeks and feel free to contact us for booking times that suit you, we will do our best to accommodate everybody. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you before we close.

The food truck will remain in operation for the summer season so all is not lost.

January❤️

Ice in the air. Fire in the sauna.
Cold plunge, clear skies, warm souls.

There’s nothing like the contrast — icy water, glowing heat, sun on the sea, and that post-plunge calm you can’t fake.

Cold. Hot. Repeat.

🎅🔥 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE SAUNA 🔥🎅

🎄 Xmas hours are now LIVE and active 🎄

Okay okay… we’ll hold our hands up 🙋‍♂️
Our Christmas opening hours took a little longer than planned to land.

In our defence… as you can see, Santa’s been in the sauna, feet up, hat on, trying to lose weight before carrying his massive sack around the world — and we may have caught a bit of that same chill energy 😌♨️

If you’re thinking of gathering the crew, escaping the madness, or doing something a bit different over the festive season we are here to help — always DM us about private bookings. We’re more than happy to sort you out 🪵🌊

Wishing all our Coastal Roasts friends a very Happy Holidays ❤️
Here’s hoping we see plenty of familiar (and new) faces over the festive period — whether you’ve been naughty, nice, or just in serious need of a sweat 🥵

Stay cosy, stay salty 🤍
