🌿🚨 A LITTLE NAME CHANGE…⚠️ 🌿
Ageing Gracefully is getting a new name…

✨ WELCOME TO BE WELL ✨

The class itself isn’t changing — but the name is!

I’ve had some lovely feedback that the name “Ageing Gracefully” made some people think the class was specifically for seniors, or that they might be “too young” for it.

And that’s definitely not what this class is about! 💚

Be Well is a friendly, supportive and inclusive movement session for women of all ages and abilities.

We work on:
🌿 Strength & functional fitness
🌿 Balance & stability
🌿 Core strength
🌿 Mobility & flexibility
🌿 Coordination & confidence
🌿 Moving well and feeling stronger in everyday life

Whether you’re in your 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s or beyond — or simply want to look after your body and keep moving well — you’re welcome.

No pressure. No judgement. No need to be “fit” before you start.

Just movement, strength, mobility and a bit of time for you. 💚

So… Ageing Gracefully is now BE WELL! 🌱

Same class. Same friendly atmosphere. Just a name that better reflects what it’s really about.
