Before there was form, there was sound. ✨

There is an ancient understanding that sound is at the very heart of creation. That everything we experience, everything we are, exists as vibration.

This is one of the teachings that deeply influences my approach to sound healing.

When we immerse ourselves in sound, something shifts.

We move away from the noise of the outside world and into a different kind of listening.

A listening that is felt as much as heard.

Through the resonance of crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments, we can enter a space of stillness, allowing the body to soften, the mind to quieten and our awareness to turn inward.

A remembering of the connection between the individual and something much greater.

🌙 SOULSTAR SOUND BATH
Friday 23rd October 7pm
📍 Church Lane Wellness, Letterkenny

Come and lie back, breathe, listen and receive.

No experience necessary. Just bring yourself, a blanket and pillow, get comfortable and allow the Sound to hold you.

In a world that constantly asks us to hurry, produce, achieve, respond and stay connected, what happens when we choose something different?

A return to ourselves.
A return to presence.
A return to the deeper rhythms beneath the noise.

This is the work I’m exploring more deeply through my sound baths 💫
Sound as a space to soften.
To unravel.
To listen.
To surrender what no longer needs to be carried.
And perhaps, from that place, to discover a different kind of energy, clarity and inner fire.

Not the urgency to do more.

But the quiet urgency to awaken more fully to our own lives. ✨

As I continue to create spaces for deeper unwinding, contemplation and connection through sacred sound, I am so grateful to return to The Hot Fox Studio in Letterkenny on Saturday 10 October at 12pm.

I’ve had amazing and inspiring feedback from participants lately.
A new direction with Sound ✨and profound shifts during sessions.

Come lie down and let the nervous system exhale.
And give yourself permission to simply be🤍

☀️A new offering is being born…

For years I’ve witnessed the transformative power of Chakra Dance. Now I’m opening a new doorway.

✨Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath✨

And for the first time journey, I’m so excited to bring this work to a beautiful venue in Derry, Cultúrlann Uí Chanáin Cultúrlann Uí Chanáin

An invitation to move freely, to let the body speak, and to remember the joy that lives within us.

Movement is alchemy.

Through a carefully crafted musical journey, we dance beyond the mind and into the wisdom held deep within our cells. Then, we soften into stillness, allowing the healing vibrations of a sound bath to integrate all that has been awakened.

💫Move to liberate.
💫Rest to receive and integrate

No dance experience is needed. Just bring your body, your breath and your willingness to explore.

📍 Cultúrlann Uí Chanáin, Derry
📅 Tuesday 28th July
🕕 6pm to 8pm
💷 Investment: £40. Discounted rates for 2 people/couples.

✨This isn’t my first time holding a sound bath within the EE System at Beyond Light Therapy

In fact, it’s a space I’ve returned to many times ✨✨✨

There’s something very unique about combining sound, stillness, scaler energy and intention in this environment.

Every session feels different, but the feedback is often the same:

✨ Deep rest & beauty
✨ A sense of calm & peace
✨ Transformative

A heartfelt thank you to Beyond Light Therapy for continuing to support this work and creating such a beautiful and inspiring space.

As we move towards the Summer Solstice this weekend, I’m looking forward to sharing more sound journeys across Donegal.

☀️ June is ramping up to be a very high energetic month with waves of solar, galactic and personal ignitions. ☀️🪐

I’m so looking forward to bringing my high frequency Sound Bath experiences to different corners of the county, creating spaces where you can step away for brief periods of integration and simply be.

Each session offers an opportunity to slow down, soften, and allow the healing vibrations of sound to guide you into deep relaxation and restoration.

Have you ever left a sound bath and thought…

“What just happened to me?”

Your body feels different.
Your breath is slower.
Your mind is quieter.

And yet it’s hard to put into words.

Maybe you’ve experienced it before.

Or maybe you’ve been curious for a while… wondering what all the talk about sound baths is really about.

June is filled with opportunities to experience it for yourself.

Gongs, Ritual and Fire on the Beach 💫🔥🌊
The shore illuminated with fire, salty air, the gentle sound of the tide, and the deep voice of the Gongs. 🌊🔥

So much gratitude for this extraordinary evening as part of the World Ritual Art Symposium.
Bringing a Soundscape into a performance with my amazing friends and collaborators . Letting the resonance travel out across the water and into the dusk felt so ancient and otherworldly 💫

Heartfelt thanks to my wonderful friend & colleague for bringing this visionary symposium into being, gathering together artists, researchers, scholars & practitioners from over 18 countries, across four continents.
