Esker Fields at Lú Festival of Light, Drogheda. ✨

I’m so excited to be returning to the on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th October.

This is such a special event. As well as being able to shop a range of local businesses at the market, historic buildings in town will be lit up with beautiful illuminations. It’s a wonderful sight that gets everyone in the festive mood.

Clean Beauty 💚 Skincare products that love you back.

I’ve noticed we are all more conscious of the products we are consuming, using in our homes and applying to our skin. We are more likely to read the ingredients list than we were 5, 10 or 20 years ago.

This is for our own health and wellbeing as we avoid ingredients which could cause irritation and other issues. It’s also linked to our environmental values, not wanting to support the production of items which are harmful to the planet.

You may have heard this being called clean beauty. This is the movement of choosing cosmetic products based on how natural and nourishing their ingredients are.

I started Esker Fields skincare with the value of clean beauty before I was even familiar with the term.

Download the Yuka app and scan the barcode of a product to see the ingredients rating. We’ve shared a few in the carousel above.

If you’re new to Yuka, it’s a free app you can use to check the health impact of food and cosmetic products. Yuka highlights ingredients that could cause irritation or other issues, such as preservatives, deducting more points with each potentially harmful ingredient.

Products are given an overall rating out of 100. All Esker Fields products are rated at 94 or above which is excellent. We even have a few which are rated 100/100 so there is absolutely nothing to worry about.

I’m so proud that an independent party so many people trust when making decisions about the products they consume and put on their skin is backing Esker Fields and our all-natural, all-nourishing ingredients.

How to use essential oils for study.
