Caribbean Calcite Gem Essence

A beautiful soft, gentle crystal holding the energies of the ocean, Caribbean Calcite connects us to the ebb and flow of our own inner sea – our internal fluids like our lymph, cerebrospinal fluid, blood, interstitial fluids and fascia.

The energies of Salacia / Amphritite, Queen of the Sea are potent within this essence bringing a feeling of spaciousness and great expansiveness. Amphritite is known for helping with fertility, abundance, good luck, protecting women and healing. She is closely connected to Naxos in the Aegean (where some of the Blue Light Essences were created). This essence helps with the following:

🔹Helps us to soften/release boundaries that may be holding us back or stopping our flow,
🔹Helps us to bring flow back to any area of our life that may be stuck, stagnant or blocked
🔹Re-patterns waters of our womb time with safety, especially if we are sensitive to the emotions of others (good for empaths)
🔹Carries the message that it is safe for us to feel all of our emotions
🔹Use this essence if you are feeling overwhelmed by emotions – your own, someone else’s, or when there is an outpouring of emotion from the collective
🔹Supports the mental body, clearing limiting beliefs, sealing the aura and imprinting abundance, peace, love and creativity

Larimar Gem Essence
Often considered a stone of Atlantis and the Dolphin stone 🐬, Larimar supports the High Heart, Throat and 3rd Eye Chakras. The watery signature of this essence is deeply feminine, dreamy, soft and soothing. It helps us to let go of resistance and to go with the flow. The words “resistance is futile” came through with this essence and a message of trusting the process and surrendering. Larimar can help with the following:

🔹Connecting to our feminine energies
🔹Connecting to our Higher Self and trusting our intuition and inner wisdom
🔹Recognising our natural connections with the cycles of nature, The Earth, the Moon, the Cosmos, the Waters
🔹Energetic healing of traumas around throat, mouth, TMJ – works very softly but deeply
🔹Opens a channel of energy between the throat and heart so that we can express from our heart centre
🔹Any suppression of the feminine voice
🔹Patience to stay in a process until it is completed. Completing cycles,
🔹Releasing energy of what has been unspeakable / what couldn’t be spoken (e.g. womb time, as babies who didn’t have words to express)
🔹Expressing in soft, gentle, feminine ways
🔹Lovely for babies and children as it is so soft, gentle and comforting

Amazonite Gem Essence
Amazonite told me she is the crystal of the Water Priestesses who include Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene and Quan Yin. She supports the Heart, Throat and High Heart / Thymus chakras.

Many Mer Beings made themselves known when this essences was being created – Mother Mary, Salacia (the Roman Goddess of the Sea and salt water, wife of Neptune) and the Mermaids. Turtle energy also came in with this essence bringing qualities of slowness, softness, gentleness, going with the flow, allowing and effortlessness. This essence:

🔹Supports emotional healing, especially around the heart, opening us to more universal love, kindness and compassion
🔹Gives us permission to take the time and space to be present with ourselves and to feel our emotions deeply, also noticing how the body is feeling
🔹Encourages us to remove any masks that we have worn to hide our true feelings (these energies get stuck in the face)
🔹Shows us the impact of not saying how we are feeling
🔹Shows us through the waters that no-matter what happens, nothing ever dies, it only changes form – like the waters expanding and contracting – like the cycles of life, death and re-birth
🔹Supports healing of the throat chakra from past life traumas and from birth trauma (where the cord was around the neck), enabling us to express and communicate with more ease

A long revered crystal of the ancients, Turquoise is known for its protective qualities and support for the Throat chakra. This Turquoise essence:

🔹 Soothes and opens the throat chakra to bring peaceful, balanced communication of all kinds
🔹 Supports us if we have a fear of public speaking or speaking in groups – helps us to trust that the right words will flow
🔹 Connects us to the voices of our ancestors – how the ancestors used their voices e.g. chanting, toning etc.
🔹 Connects the ancient past to the present and awakens our gifts and skills from those times. I especially feel the Native American energies in this essence
🔹 Supports communication within the body (cellular level)
🔹 Collapses the walls between dimensions and helps us to experience that all energies are always available to us. Also helps us to perceive and communicate with beings in other dimensions
🔹 At this time where we can feel confused about technology, Turquoise helps us to understand that we are the technology and our bodies hold the sacred architecture and infrastructure for the Divine Energies to flow through us
🔹 When using technology, Turquoise can help us to stay grounded, in our heart and connected to our intuition
🔹 Pair this with Cerato when you want to speak from your heart

Sapphire Indigo
My most potent essence and not one to be used lightly. This essence was created over a period of months and contains the energies of Mary Magdalene and Isis / the Dark Mother who guides and supports us as we descend into the underworld and face our shadow. This is the place of deep feminine initiation and deep healing where we can feel like we are being undone and that our world is falling down around us. In this space, Sapphire supports us to work with alchemy to transmute our shadows to light, our lead to gold and emerge transformed as we rebirth ourselves. Here we are in the Cosmic Womb, the void, the Black Light of creation, where all possibilities exist. We learn to trust ourselves, trust the process we are in and surrender.

In times of deep transformation when it feels like all has been lost, this essence allows us to:

Connect with our unconscious to see what emotions, mental patterns, memories or aspects of ourselves have been suppressed in our shadow, that are now asking to be acknowledged and integrated
🔹 Find courage within ourselves
🔹 Feel and grieve the loss
🔹 Surrender and come to a place of acceptance
🔹 Find gratitude within us for that which has been lost
🔹 Let it go with love, acknowledgement and grace

This essence resonates with the Alta Major and 3rd Eye chakras, helping us to remove the veils of illusion. Sapphire also energetically supports the Amygdalae – the area of the brain that is responsible for emotional processing, especially of anxiety and fear and the fight/flight/freeze response.

🌟 Work with this essence when you find yourself in the space of deep initiation, rather than using it to try to invoke initiation….life will initiate you naturally when the time is right and in ways that your Soul has contracted.
