Take What Resonates And Leave What Doesnt 💋

September feels like it has carried a little bit of everything…
Ups, downs, shifts, processing, letting go, learning, and moments where we’ve perhaps just needed to pause and come back to ourselves.

So today, I pulled three cards from my Manifest Cards by Roxy Nafousi, with the intention of simply bringing some awareness to where we are as we move through the last few days of September and into October.

Take a moment. Notice which card you’re drawn to.
Maybe it’s one card. Maybe it’s more than one. Maybe none of them resonate right now, and that’s okay too.
Sometimes the message isn’t something new we need to learn. It can simply be something we already know, being brought back into our awareness.

These cards aren’t here to tell you what to do or predict what’s coming. They’re something to work with. An invitation to pause, reflect and notice what might already be present within you.

What is this card bringing your awareness to??
What does it make you feel??
What might it be inviting you to explore??

So… which one are you drawn to?

Ever asked your tarot deck a question you already knew the answer to? 🫣

Reminder: Your cards are an energetic tool, not a shortcut. If you aren’t trusting your gut, the deck is going to call you out on it. Trust your inner work first.

Full attention on what's happening within.
This new moon, I'm slowing down, checking in with my shadows, and creating space to join/reconnect fully with all versions of me.

What are you been asked to notice today?

How often do we give ourselves permission to simply be???

No fixing.
No striving.
No rushing to the next thing.

Just a few moments of conscious breath, movement, and connection.
This practice reminded me that peace isn't always something we find.
Sometimes it's something we create when we slow down long enough to listen.

What helps you return to yourself when life feels busy??✨️

This is me, right here, right now, but it’s not a final version ✨️🪞
I brought my mirror down to remind myself to be present, to see myself fully, and to honor this evolving journey. I’m coming back into myself, step by step, and I’m committing to being who I truly am, every day.

Who’s with me on this journey? I’d love to hear how you’re showing up for yourself too 🤍

The truth is, some days the mental load doesn’t just make you tired, it stalls you out completely.

Looking at the start of this video, I see myself caught right in that invisible battleground between flight and freeze.
My mind wanted to run from the overwhelm I was feeling, but my body was stuck, trying to process the weight of the moment.
But then, the shift happens.
It takes a deliberate, heavy sigh to start unwinding the tension. And just as I’m trying to ground my feet, my little boy zooms past. In that exact moment, the freeze melts.

It’s a constant dance...figuring out how to hold onto me while being a mama who is fully present and playful in his world.
It’s not about being perfect, it’s about learning how to let his joy pull me out of my own head.

To any mama standing in a freeze moment today.... Take that heavy breath. The melt is coming ✨️

The drum called and I answered.
As I sat looking out at nature.
I let the rhythm flow through me....
I was reminded that connection doesn't need words.

The Earth felt my sound.
I felt her embrace.

In that moment, we moved together in harmony. Grounded, supported, and at ease.

Sometimes healing isn't found in silence.
Sometimes it is found in the beat of a drum.

Listen to the whispers of your heart.
Trust the nudges that keep returning.
Follow what brings you alive, even if it doesn't make sense to anyone else.
Your soul already knows the way 🥁🤎

This is something I have been sitting with these last few weeks as I work on the basics with myself 💝

It is so easy to fall into the trap of doing everything, not because anyone is being malicious, but just because human patterns form so quietly over time.

This is a reminder to look at the dynamics we create, and to notice what we are allowing before exhaustion hits 🌟
