You can't create when you are tangled up in a false reality.

This is exactly what mind games & manipulation creates. It will leave you constantly questioning what's true and what's a lie.

It's like you're living on a rollercoaster, you don't know whether you're coming or going.

It will leave you exhausted, depleted and so caught up in someone else's reality that you've lost touch with your own.

This literally takes you out of your reality and you can't create from here!

Your energy & attention gets consumed by confusion, reaction and survival, what's left for creating, giving or receiving?

The way forward is to come back to you!

Healing downloads

Lets talk about co dependency &how it impacts your ability to receive!

A part of codependency is you focus heavily on another, meeting their needs, wants & demands!

👉One of the effects is difficulty knowing & owning your own reality. You may lose touch with your own body, thoughts, feelings & tend to allow others to define your reality

🪾It is rooted in survival, growing up feeling emotionally or physically unstable or unsafe

The patterns develop:

✨ In an effort to survive

✨ Through conditioning from unhealthy or narcissistic parents

This is often something, the narcissist will take advantage of - you give &they will take.

When you don't meet their demands, you are faced with abuse, lies, manipulation & hit energetically with their wrath!

✅You learned to dismiss what you want, your internal conditioning responds to what is spoken or projected.

✅ You may not understand what you want or need, because your Identity, energy & spirit has merged with them.
This means they have a spiritual and emotional authority over you.

It is the unconscious conditioning that makes this feel normal & in a way, it's an unconscious invitation.
Think of a socket, the conditioning represents the socket which allows the behaviours, energies and demands of the other to plug in.

One deeply engrained habit is you learn to bend your reality to what they want & expect..

What does this mean, if they don't want you to grow.... because it is a threat to them

Want to keep you small.... as it makes them feel big..

Doesn't want your business or money to grow... so they don't lose you or feel unimportant...

For one, their energetic demands & projections will encapsulate you in a reality that you do not want...

One of the themes that has been coming up in my one to one programme -Restore your capacity to receive is the Narcissist and Money

When we are in a relationship with a person who has strong narcissistic traits, a friend, a parent or partner, it has the potential to switch off your money flows.

They can take over your life, if you let them!

In their eyes, you are there to meet their wants, desires and demands and when you don't, you might find yourself on the receiving end of their punishment tactics, this can look like

👉Planting seeds of poison in other people's mind - if they can't control you, they will attempt to tarnish your name and reputation
👉They give you the cold shoulder or completely withdrawn - this is usually an attempt to punish you, so you can see how wrong you are
👉Find ways to make you feel guilty, again so they can have a hold on you

Why, because they need you to need them, they need you to validate them and when you don't, it threatens their fragile sense of self, often buried beneath the mask of confidence.

When you are on the receiving end of this, you might lose stability, feel like you don't know if you're coming or going or buy into the projected story that is being put out.

You can't receive or create from this space, your creative energy is going into needing to survive & defend yourself.
