𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱.

And perhaps that is why, after my sessions, I so often hear:

“I can’t really explain what happened… but I feel different.”

“For the first time in a long time, I truly relaxed.”

“It felt like something inside me was finally able to let go.”

For me, Sound Healing is not only about the beautiful sound of bowls, gongs or crystal instruments.

It is work with the 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆, 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵, 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Everything we experience creates an inner state.

You may call it energy.
You may call it vibration.
You may call it the state of your nervous system, emotions and mind.

And that state matters.

When you live for a long time in tension, fear, lack, over-responsibility or beliefs such as:

“I can’t do this.”
“I’m not enough.”
“I don’t deserve it.”
“I have to do everything myself.”
“This will never happen for me.”

— you may begin to experience life through exactly that filter.

And often, we are not even fully aware that these beliefs are there.

𝗦𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

Old stories.

Patterns from childhood.

Fear of change.

Fear of success.

Fear of being visible.

Beliefs about love, money, self-worth or what is possible for us.

Sometimes, consciously, we deeply desire something…

while another part of us is still pressing the brake.

That is why repeating:

“I am happy.”
“I am abundant.”
“I am confident.”

is not always enough.

Sometimes the body first needs to feel safe enough to release control.

And this is where deep relaxation becomes so important.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻, 𝘄𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆.

It is not about forcing positive thinking.

It is about becoming curious:

What do I truly believe about myself?

What happens inside me when I imagine the life I really want?

Does my body open to that possibility?

Sound healing is not only about learning how to play bowls. ✨

You can learn how to strike a bowl in a few minutes.
But learning how to truly hold space for another person is something much deeper.

A sound healing facilitator needs presence, sensitivity, awareness and the ability to listen — not only to the instruments, but also to the person in front of them.

During my Sound Healing Training – Level 1, you will learn how to:

✨ create and guide a supportive 1:1 sound healing session
✨ speak with your client before and after the session
✨ understand their needs and create a safe, caring space
✨ work responsibly with sound and vibration
✨ develop confidence in yourself as a facilitator
✨ explore singing bowls and other therapeutic and shamanic-inspired instruments
✨ understand that the most important “instrument” in the room is your own presence

This training is not only about technique.

It is about becoming more aware of how you show up for another human being.

Over two days, Tomi will guide us through the art of playing and working with the overtone flute — a simple but incredibly powerful instrument that can bring a completely new dimension to your sound healing practice.

We’ll explore how to use the flute intuitively and how to weave its sound into individual treatments, group sessions and sound baths — especially as a beautiful way to close a session and create a moment of deep presence and integration.

ACUPUNCTURE & SOUND HEALING — A BEAUTIFUL COMBINATION
We recently held a very successful and deeply relaxing session in Navan, at the beautiful Ying Chinese Medicine studio, combining the ancient practice of acupuncture with the therapeutic experience of sound healing.

The response was wonderful. Many participants shared that the session felt deeper and more powerful than they expected — as if both practices were gently supporting and complementing each other. 💛

🌿 Acupuncture is a traditional Ying Liu Chinese medicine practice that works with specific points on the body to support balance, relaxation and the natural flow of energy.

🎶 Sound Healing uses therapeutic vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs and other harmonic sounds to encourage deep relaxation, calm the mind and bring greater awareness into the body.

When these two modalities are experienced together, something very special can happen.

While acupuncture works with specific points and energetic pathways of the body, sound surrounds the whole system with vibration. Together they can create a beautiful space for deep relaxation, nervous-system regulation, release of tension, inner stillness and a greater sense of connection with yourself.

We are so grateful to everyone who joined us and trusted us with this experience. 🙏✨
