A little reminder for us all to Fill our own Cup
How important it is to take a little time for ourselves

🌸 Fill Your Spiritual Cup 🌸

Reiki reminds us:
Before you give to others, give to yourself.
Before you hold the world, let yourself be held.

🌿 Take a walk in nature
🕯️ Light a candle with intention
💗 Receive Reiki or offer yourself self-healing
📖 Journal your heart’s whispers
🎵 Listen to soul-soothing sounds

You shine brightest when you are restored.
