🌿 Signature Holistic Menu

🌸Aromatherapy Massage: Melt physical tension away while inhaling custom-blended essential oils. This practice lowers cortisol levels, naturally balancing your mood and inducing a deep state of peace.

🪷Reiki Healing: Restore your vital life force energy. This Japanese energy technique unblocks your chakras to provide profound emotional clarity and deep nervous system regulation.

🎵Sound Healing: Bathe in the soothing vibrations of crystal or Tibetan singing bowls. Sound therapy naturally guides your brainwaves into deep meditation, releasing tension and easing discomfort.

☮️ Join us for our next community Despacho Ceremony—a heartfelt Andean-inspired gratitude and prayer offering created together in circle.

✨️🔮✨️

☮️ In this ceremony we gather as a community to hold what matters most:
peace, love, reconciliation, and care for Mother Earth. Each person is invited to bring a prayer from the heart—for themselves, for loved ones, and for the world. We’ll create a shared despacho (offering) with intention, beauty, and respect, then release our prayers in a traditional way.

🕊 What to expect

🌟A welcoming opening and short explanation of the despacho tradition.

🌟Time to reflect on what you’d like to pray for (global and personal intentions)
Creating the communal offering together
A closing blessing and grounding

🌿 What to bring (optional)
A small natural item for the altar (flower, leaf, herb), and a journal/water.

💫 All are welcome. No prior experience needed. Children are welcome at no extra charge💫

Date: Thurs 29th January
Time: 8 - 9.30pm
Place: Oscailt
Exchange: €15
