🏆 Congratulations to the HSE ADM Mentorship Programme 🏆

We are delighted to celebrate the success of the HSE Assisted Decision-Making (ADM) Mentorship Programme, which recently won the Best Coaching or Mentoring Initiative award at the Learning & Development Institute Awards.

Now in its third year, the programme supports healthcare professionals in navigating the legal complexities of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015. As this important legislation continues to evolve, ongoing learning and peer support are essential to helping staff apply it confidently and effectively in practice.

A special congratulations to Roisin O'Neill, St. Michael's House Quality & Risk Manager, who plays a key role in the mentorship programme. Through mentoring and shared learning, the programme helps build knowledge, confidence and best practice across the healthcare sector.

A fantastic achievement and well-deserved recognition for everyone involved. 👏
