A little glimpse into our Autumn Equinox gathering at Segotia.

We arrived.
We received.
We reflected.
And then we let the body speak.

From cacao and quiet reflection, into rhythm, movement and complete surrender.

There was a moment to look at what we had grown, what we were harvesting, what we were grateful for — and what we wanted to carry into the season ahead.

And then… we danced.

We moved, released, lost ourselves in the music — and slowly found our way back.

Back to the breath.
Back to the body.
Back to stillness.

Thank you to everyone who came and shared this beautiful evening with me.

Do you know what the Autumn Equinox is?

Here in the North, it marks the transition from summer into autumn.

It’s that moment of the year when day and night are almost in balance.

And I love thinking of the equinox as a moment of transition.

We’re coming from a season of expansion, filled with light, movement and connection…

and beginning to enter a time that invites us to turn a little more inward.

It’s also traditionally associated with the harvest — a time to look at what we’ve lived, recognise what has bloomed, and give thanks for what we’ve received.

And maybe there’s a beautiful question to sit with at this time:

What are you harvesting from the season that has passed?

And what are you ready to let go of?

One week to go.

After two months, we’re finally coming back to the dancefloor — and this time, we’re bringing Shakti Bloom to a new space: Segotia.

I visited the studio, experienced the space and tested the sound — and I immediately felt that it was the right place for this new chapter.

For our first gathering at Segotia, we’ll celebrate the Autumn Equinox through cacao, ritual, music and movement.
