I provide gentle skincare solutions for all ages. I also offer support for everyday balance, stress relief & immune health. Hi, my name is Alison, I am an fully qualified Aromatherapist in Dublin, Ireland who specialises in creating aromatherapy wellness and skincare products. I have a range of products on my website which have been handmade by me and have been safety tested and I also create bespoke blends for people who are looking for a natural remedy to a skincare issue, a physical issue or for some emotional help. All of my products are natural and free from synthetic fragrance and colour. Everything is packed in aluminium jars or glass bottles and my packaging is either biodegradable or recyclable where possible. Good morning

I just wanted to update you on what's happening with me.

As most of you know, I had a bad arthritis flare up in both knees recently and I am still in pain. I can't walk far without a walking stick or unfortunately drive anywhere. Because of this, local deliveries are gone for now.

I'm extremely frustrated at not being able to have a "normal" routine as in my current situation it's meant I've had to cancel markets, miss things at Erin's school and I also missed my dear aunts funeral.

I'm in my 4th week of this flare up but I have an amazing physio who gave me strengthening exercises to do daily and I've now started acupuncture with her for pain relief.

I'm hoping I'll see things improving soon as I'm very impatient.

Until then, I'm still here, answering messages, napping a lot! and getting your orders out.

Hopefully the next few weeks will see everything return to normal.
