How do you show quality exists when nobody is watching?

That’s a wrap on Care Show Birmingham 2026! 🎉

It’s been a fantastic two days meeting care providers, sharing Cloda and hearing first-hand about the challenges facing the sector.

Here are four key takeaways from our conversations:

🤝 The human touch matters. Customer service and responsive, personal support remain essential.

💻 Technology needs to work for care teams. Many providers are frustrated with clunky, outdated systems and a lack of ongoing support.
