For billions of years, the universe evolved through cosmic expansion, star formation, and the creation of increasingly complex structures.

Eventually, on at least one small planet, life emerged. Over immense stretches of time, living organisms evolved into beings capable of thought, imagination, and scientific discovery.

Today, we can look into space, investigate distant galaxies, and ask questions about our own origins.

The idea that the universe is dreaming of itself through us is a poetic way of expressing our connection to cosmic history. It is not a literal scientific claim, but it captures a remarkable perspective: we are made from the same universe we seek to understand.

Every question about the stars is part of a much larger story, one in which the cosmos has produced beings capable of wondering about the cosmos itself.

Perhaps one of the most extraordinary things about the universe is that, through us, it can be questioned at all.

1. Everything is Frequency

From physics to mysticism, it's the same truth:

Matter vibrates. Crystals are literally stable frequencies. That's why your phone, your computer, and every clock in the world runs on them. In biophysics, your body is a water system structured by biological liquid crystals — 70% water that conducts sound. Bone and collagen are piezoelectric — press them and they generate a tiny electrical charge. DNA shows similar electromechanical behavior in lab studies. In other words, our structure converts pressure into electricity and back again — we literally transduce vibration

Sound organizes matter. This is cymatics. Play a pure tone through water or sand and it forms perfect geometry. Your inner landscape is the same — chaotic thoughts are dissonant frequencies, peace is harmonic geometry.

What we call "Love" in sound healing traditions is often tuned to 528 Hz and 432 Hz. Not because one number magically fixes you, but because those tunings are mathematically related to natural ratios we find everywhere — in spirals, in harmonics, in the overtone series. They feel like home to the nervous system, so the body stops bracing.

2. Why Trance is the Doorway
You can't think your way into healing. You have to tune your way in.
Normal waking mind is Beta — 14-30 Hz. Alert, analytical, guarded.
Trance gently shifts you into:
Alpha (8-13 Hz): The bridge. Calm focus, eyes closed. The critical voice softens.
Theta (4-7 Hz): The deep water. Dreaming while awake, the place where memory, emotion, and imagery live. This is where trance work happens — repetitive rhythm, breath, tone, or music holds you there safely.
In Theta, three things happen that don't happen in normal life:
Your nervous system down-regulates. Heart rate variability increases, vagus nerve is stimulated by sustained tone and humming. The body finally gets the signal: you are safe enough to repair.

Your brain becomes highly suggestible — to yourself. The subconscious isn't arguing. An old story like "I'm not safe / not worthy / not loved" is just a stuck loop, a dissonant frequency. In trance you can introduce a new frequency — love, compassion, forgiveness — and the system actually entrains to it, like a tuning fork bringing another fork into tune.

You feel instead of analyze. Trauma and grief are not stored as facts, they are stored as frozen vibrations in the body. Sound moves them. A sustained crystal tone, a harp, a violin, your own voice humming, it vibrates the chest, the gut, the places where words can't reach. Tears, tingling, warmth; that's resonance moving.

That's why my art has violins and tuning forks floating in the air. Instruments are not decoration. They are tools for retuning.

3. How Love as a Frequency Heals
Healing isn't adding something you don't have. It's removing the interference to what you already are.
Entrainment: When you immerse in a coherent, loving field: whether it's a 528 Hz crystal bowl, a trance track, or your own intention held in trance, your scattered rhythms begin to sync to it. Heartbeat, breath, brainwaves line up. In science this is called heart-brain coherence. It feels like coming back into your body.

Release: Dissonance can't stay in the presence of sustained harmony. In trance, people often feel old emotion rise and then dissolve, not because they forced it, but because the higher frequency gave it permission to move, like ice melting in sunlight.

Re-patterning: Every time you enter love-frequency in trance, you are rehearsing it neurologically. The brain builds pathways. What you practice in Theta becomes your baseline in Beta. You start to carry the crystal bridge with you.

You don't have to believe any of this for it to work. You just have to listen and allow.

What the science says:

1. Trance / Hypnosis / Deep Meditative States are real neurological shifts
We can measure this. EEG studies show a clear move out of high Beta (analytical, stressed) into Alpha (8-13 Hz) and Theta (4-7 Hz) during trance, meditation, hypnosis, and rhythmic drumming or chanting.

In those states:
Heart rate and cortisol drop
Default Mode Network (the self-critical mind-wandering network) quiets
Suggestibility and imagery vividness increase, which is why therapeutic suggestions and re-framing stick better than in normal conversation

This is why trauma therapies, hypnosis for pain, and meditation for anxiety have actual clinical evidence. It's not magic, it's a brain state.

2. Sound and music directly affect the body
This is the strongest area:
Music therapy is recognized by the NIH and VA for pain, anxiety, PTSD, and stress reduction. Sustained tones, humming, and singing stimulate the vagus nerve through vibrations in the chest and throat, which increases Heart Rate Variability (HRV) — a marker of "safe mode" in the nervous system.
Binaural beats and rhythmic entrainment: Your brainwaves can be nudged by rhythmic sound, especially around 6-10 Hz. Not mind control, but it makes it easier to stay in a calm, trance-like state.
Cymatics is real physics. Sound organizes matter into geometric patterns. Your body is mostly water, so it conducts sound very efficiently. That's why you feel bass in your chest.

3. Entrainment is real, but subtle
If two rhythmic systems are near each other, they tend to sync — heartbeats, breath, brainwaves. Group singing, chanting, or listening together literally syncs people's physiology. That's the basis of feeling connected in ceremony.

Science has proven is that any sustained, harmonious, intentional sound you find beautiful will lower stress. Your belief and your emotional connection to the sound matter more than the exact Hertz. I, however, believe that the music can indeed heal. Frequencies matter. Intent matters and the feeling the music produces is crucial to changing the mind waves.

The Equation-
Trance + Sound + Intention =
You feel safe + your body finally exhales + frozen emotion has a non-verbal way to move + you rehearse a new state (love, safety, belonging) in the most receptive brain state we have.

Science calls that: parasympathetic activation, emotional processing, memory reconsolidation, and state-dependent learning. I call that returning to love.

Both are describing the same thing from different angles.

Sustained harmonic tones in trance help shift brainwaves toward Theta, increase Heart Rate Variability (HRV), and create a felt sense of safety where deep release becomes possible. Many people experience that state as love. Regardless, when your body has the chance to feel this it begins to heal and recover both emotionally and physically.

Give it a try... See how you feel. Put one of these on repeat for a couple of times and see how it changes your feelings and thoughts.

We Don't Need One Frequency. We Need All Of Them.

People ask me why I have 700 songs across so many different genres.
Because healing isn't one note.
Sometimes what your soul needs isn't peace. It's power. Sometimes it's not energy. It's release. The nervous system has different states, and music is how we move between them.

So I stopped making just "healing music" and started building a library of frequencies for real life:

It does not need to be about 432 vs 528. It's about meeting yourself where you actually are.
And choosing the frequency that brings you home.
